Hmm tired, haven't studied today, really should have. Work was quiet. I like Law and Order.
Stuff I learned today: IMHA = Immune Mediated Haemolytic Anaemia (Seen in a Chihuahua) Test for with Coombs test which detects antibody/antigen complexes on blood cell membranes. It only detects cells with large numbers (400+) of complement or antibody complexes therefore a negative doesn't rule out IMHA but a positive confirms it conclusively.
When you look at blood on slides to identify autoagglutination you should dilute with a drop of saline. Don't mistake the natural chain formations of the blood cells for autoagglution which will form clumps. Current Location: umm at my computer duh Current Mood: blank Current Music: tv babble
